Canelo says GGG needs to get a Belt before they fight again... I respect it!

Respect for Canelo to give at least one of the stolen belts back to Golovkin before they meet again.

Regardless of how you feel the fights played out, it's not too much to ask for G to fight championship level competition. Personally I thought the 1st fight was fair to be a draw but would accept either of the 3 possible outcomes, it was that close and hard to judge. 2nd fight i felt Canelo won. Not by a wide margin but clear enough that it wasn't a robbery imo.

Here are the for sure inarguables of this situation:
    Canelo
-had a questionable testing result not too long ago
-is the big star and is the one bringing the money to the table therefore he has the leverage.
-has fought a much better resume than G.
-is taking a fight with a guy who fought G as close as he did.
-has earned his spot. You can't "give" someone top status.

    GGG
    -has had resume questions
-although popular is not quite the box office draw Canelo is
-has been avoided in the past by top guys
-currently has top guys lining up to face him

There's even more to it than that but just off the top of my head are things i don't see as arguable. Why shouldn't G be at least expected to fight similar levels of competition between the 2nd and 3rd fight as Canelo is doing? He's been complaining for years no one would fight him, what's the problem now? Yes Oscar is a diva to deal with, always will be as most big promoters are when money is in their favor.

This phase of G's career was supposed to be where he sheds the bum hunting label and prove how legit he really is/was. The stars are lining up for him to do exactly that. He should step up and show who he really is. He fairly or not still has more to prove than Canelo at this point.

As long as there are blind GGG huggers over hyping, justifying, and bashing other fighters for things GGG himself does, you can expect these type of threads and criticism. Welcome to boxing message boards.

The draw was like an L, it removed some of the leverage he had. The decision loss the second time around, removed what was left of that leverage.

GGG needs to get in line and wait his turn. Canelo is trying to do what GGG always told his fans his main priority was, unify the division.

Canelo, who worked his ass off to be where he is by taking the high risk low reward fights that many including GGG would not dare take is manufactured? The delusion is high here. Lmao!!

    Oscar says...Sniff snuff
“Hey GGG, I know we screwed you over but ummm it’s okay as judges see things differently from ring side than millions at home. Okay so just have a belt for the rematch even doe we didn’t have one because we gave it up to avoid facing you”
