Basically the NHS is free for all British citizens for emergency care, unless you earn over a certain amount and then you have to pay for medicine. However the whole world flies in and uses it for free- because the doctors are too cucked to turn non British citizens away

Well I've seen plenty turned away, even citizens who left the country for a short while. A lot of cutbacks and stringent controls in UK now

Well my wife isnt British and when I visited recently with her for treatment expecting to have provide details of her insurance from her home country, guess what happened? They didnt ask for it and just treated her for free.

I lived in UK and yes brits have it free , but I would only use it if I had an emergency . In other words it sucks . In norway isn’t even free , but it sucks just as bad. German healthcare not bad . Never needed any help while living in France , but heard it’s pretty good.
US is in it’s own league of stupidity, but if you have any insurance in US you will receive much better medical care than in UK and if you have good insurance you will be treated like nowhere else in the world.
