Watching the Lomachenko fight, the commentators all said that they thought that Crawford is pound for pound number one. When did this happen, what competition did Crawford suddenly fight? I like Crawford but he's fought no one, his resume isn't half as good as Lomachenko's. I'm confident Spence beats him, I think Spence is a better p4p fighter. Andre Ward seemed to have a real chip on his shoulder when comparing Crawford and Lomachenko.

Its operation 'boost buds status' in order to force pbc to let him fight someone's who will generate some revenue.

For skill he's probably 2 on my list, but he wouldn't be in my top 5 for just résumé
    Which would go

    Pacquiao
    Canelo
    Loma
    Joshua
    Warrington

For a mix of both it would look like this

    Loma
    Canelo
    Usyk
    Spence
    Crawford

Rigo is better than Crawford’s best win, Gamboa. Not to even mention the rest.

Loma is officially the p4p #1 in the world , but Crolla's meager 300K paycheck is reflective of the poor competition Loma has available him.
He should be a much bigger draw than he is.

I wonder if Crawford will get the praise for beating Khan that Loma is getting for beating Crolla. :icon_popcorn:

P4p is often used to sell a fighter. American fighters usually generate more money than an international fighter not to mention natural home bias being an American broadcast. Loma both in the eye test and resume department is above Crawford.

P4p #1 is whoever you want it to be. Totally subjective.

    For me It's Lomachenko, clearly.

Lomachenko is my number 1, but I don't really have a problem with someone saying it's Crawford (so long as Loma is no lower than 2).

I doubt he will, but I think he should. If Khan had a better chin he'd be an elite operator but he doesn't and so isn't, he is better than Crolla but is about as easy for an Elite guy to beat

P4P is so subjective i dont care who says who is number 1 as long as people are being honest and sensible about how they consider their lists i take everybodys opinions with full respect.

There is no clear p4p king right now but Canelo has the best claim imo.

Nah I'd say Canelo and Loma are equal with Loma more skilled and Canelo beating better people
