Campbell is a quality fighter who was an elite amateur ,about to fight for the WBC title hence why Loma wants to face him to unify, I think he's the second best Lightweight right now, He's improved under Shane Mcguigan. When you're P4P elite like Loma you make top fighters look bad. There's no one at lightweight on his level. Even Mikey Garcia- he would make him look stupid. Gervonta Davis, Tevin Farmer at 130, he'd school them. Lopez hasn't beat anyone so no matter how good he looks he needs to beat someone like Easter/Pedraza first, because right now he's just hype.
Bob's master plan is for some permutation of Commey, Campbell, Lopez, and Loma to happen that will lead to Loma-Lopez for total unification. And if/when that happens, Loma can't afford to lose more than 3 rounds because Arum will rob him blind vs Lopez if it gets to the cards.

Campbell schooled Linares pretty badly the last 6 rounds. Did you watch the fight? If Linares rematched Campbell after that fight, I would pick Campbell to win without hesitation. It's not a bad fight.
Campbell is a solid fighter. Commey might have a better chance since he has power, but I don't mind the Campbell fight, though it probably will be really boring. The only thing interesting about Commey/Loma is size advantage and power, if Commey just disrespects Loma completely and charges at him hitting his arms, back, etc. But most likely he'll be missing and Loma schools him easily, since he's not really good, just has size/power advantage.
I have aspirations for Loma's career, those aspirations are to fulfill is maximum potential, and not leave ball gobbling fans like you to exaggerate him massively while he's fighting scrubs.
