    Round 1: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 2: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 3: 10-9 Munguia

Hogan did well for the first minute but Munguia landed some big right hands afterwards, he should edge the round with those hands although it was close round overall.

    Round 1: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 2: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 3: 10-9 Munguia
    Round 4: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 5: 10-9 Munguia

First half of the round is pretty much all Munguia with 4-5 big body shots (mostly left hooks), he also works the jab and lands few good right hands on top. Second half also pretty solid for Munguia who lands another big body shot and looping right hand aswell. He's closing with an overhand right and further body shots. Good round for the Mexican. Hogan tried it with some single shots (hooks) but not even close this round. Very dominant for Munguia. I would say this was the best round for Munguia by far.

    Round 1: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 2: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 3: 10-9 Munguia
    Round 4: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 5: 10-9 Munguia
    Round 6: 10-9 Munguia

Munguia coming out with high pressure but ineffective punch selection. Hogan moving his upper body very well. Munguia slightly cleaner in the first minute, but he's pressuring and Hogan looks a bit uncomfortable starting to clinch a bit. Munguia clearly looking for the big right hand but he's also pumping some decent jabs out. Hogan isn't landing much in the first half of the round, he's lacking output now to win such a round imo as he's still fighting against a spectacular looking puncher in his home country so he needs to step it up like he did in the first four rounds. It feels like the momentum is changing a bit tbh. Munguia isn't dominating the round but he throws and he's pressuring and this is so far enough to edge the round after the first half. Hogan doing definitely better in the second half of the round but still getting outworked by Munguia. Wild finish by Hogan, swinging for the fences. Good right on top by Hogan right at the bell. Munguia edged the round imo, much better first half and second half was equal with slight advantage for the Mexican from my point of view.

    Round 1: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 2: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 3: 10-9 Munguia
    Round 4: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 5: 10-9 Munguia
    Round 6: 10-9 Munguia
    Round 7: 10-9 Munguia close

Hogan raising the output, looks much better than last two rounds, he edged the first half of the round on my card based on simple activity although it's very close. Munguia walks him down in the second half, missing a few big shots closely but landing a big right to the head. Not much quality shots landing this round. Munguia looking a bit better out there, Hogan starts to clinch and hold in the end. Very close round. I would say this is the first 'swing round' but i would still give the round to Munguia who looked better overall and landed more quality shots, was pressuring well and had the better second half.

Im Irish and I scored it a draw. Pisses me off people crying robbery in boxing all the time when in fact it was a very close fight. Arseholes who cry robbery are not helping the sport along with bent judges etc.

Another swing round. Nearly impossible to split them. Both landing bombs, a lot of holding and clinching though, mostly initiated by Hogan, but it looks like he landed cleaner and more shots throughout the round. But for sure another swing roud which could go either way.

    Scorecard so far.

    ****

First round, Hogan. Boxed well, landed some nice counters.

Second round, Hogan wins the first minute easily, second minute Munguia landed a couple of rights, and Hogan's accuracy with the jab drops off dramatically. They exchange in the last minute, with Hogan landing a couple of cuffing shots up top, and Munguia landed some heavier shots to the body. Swing round, but the heavier shots at the close make the difference for me. Round Munguia.

Third round: Hogan lands a nice rainbow right to start the frame and has a nice closing flourish in the last ten seconds. But every other second is controlled by Munguia, who bounces two or three hard right hands off Hogan's head as well as a nice jab when Hogan is against the ropes. That's enough for me to score it Munguia 10-9.

Fourth round: Hogan lands a few nice counter hooks and wins an early exhcnage. Munguia drops a right hand over the guard in the middle of the round, lands a sweeping hook at the end, and might have gotten a hook to the body, but overall, I think Hogan pretty clearly controlled the frame. 10-9 Hogan

    Round 7: 10-9 Munguia close
    Round 8: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 9: 10-9 Hogan close
    Round 10: 10-9 Hogan

First half of the round edged by Hogan who simply outlanded him clearly. Munguia looking a bit gassed while Hogan throwing much more now, maybe he took some rounds off between 3-7 but now he's looking much better imo. Big left hook by Hogan opens the second half of the round. Nice jab to the body followed by a right hand from Hogan. Munguia responding with a good left hook and uppercuts at the inside. Good right hook by Hogan. Hogan landing more eyecatching shots this round + he is outlanding Munguia. Hogan about to win the next round on my card. Hogan finishing pretty well, landing big hooks, Munguia also landed a few shots in the exchange but Hogan finished with a right hook and left jab. This is a round for the challenger and it wasn't a swing round at all or even very close.

    Round 9: 10-9 Hogan close
    Round 10: 10-9 Hogan
    Round 11: 10-9 Hogan

Big right hook by Hogan rocks Munguia, he is wobbling backwards but coming back forward immediately. They're trading big shots. Hogan clearly edging the first half of the round, he landed BIG shots there. Munguia again landing rabbit punches while Hogan is clinching and holding, he looks desperate as the challenger doesn't allow a fight in the pocket. Big right by Hogan on top. Munguia having some success at the inside but Hogan landing a body and another right hand. Munguia looks tired and sloppy with his shots right now. 50 seconds to go. So far a pretty good round for Hogan. Again. Another big right hand by Hogan. Munguia throwing shots to the guard at the inside. Left hook by Munguia 15 seconds before the end but Hogan looking comfortable. He takes the round with quality and quantity.

Yeah, it was a close fight. I watched this last night and scored 115-113, Munguia. Draw or 115-113 Hogan would also have been appropriate. This is not even close to a "robbery" I

    115-113 Dennis Hogan

Hogan started very well, Munguia put in some good work in the middle rounds, and then Hogan turned it back around and closed very strong, even though he lost the 12th round. For me Round 9 was very close, and Hogan edged the round because of his flurry in the last ten seconds of the round. However, I can see the 9th going to Munguia which would make the fight a draw. Very close fight that Hogan should have won, but only by the slimmest of margins.
