Al Haymon. All his fighters are tied to one side of the street and demand all their opponents have to cross the street to come fight on Showtime even though all his fighters are free agents and can fight on any network and brag about all the streets they can freely cross. While other networks offer Boxers good money to fight on their channels Stephen Espinoza pays Al Haymon for all his fighters can fight on Showtime instead of paying the fighters and Haymon is making sure these fighters refuse to take massive offers from other fighters and stalling their careers cuz it suits him and Stephen Espinoza.

Haymon. Look at all the fighters sitting on the shelf. Many fighters are on the verge of stardom, but can never quite make it. They fight once or at best twice a year and lose momentum.

DLH is a close 2nd. How many gift decisions does his fighters get before you suspect that he's working behind the scenes to bribe judges?

much Hate as arum has gotten its kinda funny cuz when it was him n king everyone considered bob the lesser of two evils. Then bob had it locked down for years so of course he was the bad guy but now there’s Oscar n haymon both of whom seem far shadier and slimier. Haymon is the only one who still has his fighters talking that “other side of the street” total bull****. Oscar seemingly has Vegas in his pocket. It’s a sad thing, this sport we love.

Hearn is pretty bad but he has nothing on Frank Warren.

Warren is the lowest of the low.

I'd consider myself a Hearn cheerleader when he's taking care of Warren.

The fact that Arum hasn't been mentioned is very telling. The highest paid guys in history only became so after freeing themselves from him. With his reach he has nearly completely stalled so many potential matchups over the years or outright made sure they didn't happen.

Ignorant ass post. Here are some fights that the public said Arum would NEVER make:
    • Pacquiao-Cotto (too big)
    • Pacquiao-Hatton (too big)
    • Pacquiao-De La Hoya (too big)
    • Pacquiao-Marquez III (stylistic nightmare)
    • Pacquiao-Marquez IV (stylistic nightmare)
    • Pacquiao-Bradley (young, prime, undefeated African American fighter)
    • Pacquiao-Mayweather (didn't want to risk his cash cow; soon as Floyd thought it was safe to fight, it got made)
    • Donaire-Rigondeaux (too risky, Donaire was primed to be Pac's successor)
    • Lomachenko-Rigondeaux (too risky for the Ukrainian that Arum was still building)
    • Martinez-Chavez Jr. (too risky, Chavez Jr. was Top Rank's Great Mexican Hope w/ a beautiful and legendary name behind the brand)

    Think it's ODLH.
Remember that many (me included) were positive with him becoming a major promoter, expecting him to be one of the good guys, who despised the corruption and home cooking... Here we are in 2019.

    LOL

    Pac-Cotto: Arum promoted both
    Pac-Bradley: Arum promoted both
    Rigo-Donaire: Arum promoted both
De La Hoya-Pac: I can agree but they had worked together multiple times before and after so.............
Pac-Hatton: Arum talked about that fight even before the Oscar fight LOL
Pac-Marquez: again Arum, and he called for these fights LOL. He even wanted a fifth fight!! LOL
Loma-Rigo: Rigo moved up 2 weight classes, very few people believed Rigo would win, what are you talking about? LOL
Martinez vs. JCC jr: Arum was calling for the fight, again what are you talking about? And Arum took the lead in promotions.

I see a pattern................you wanna sell an argument that Arum was wary at pitting his fighters........against his other current and/or fighters or fighters that he quasi co-promoted? LOL

    As for:
Floyd-Pac: Arum was instrumental in making sure that fight didn't happen when it could've and should've. Arum stalled that fight more than anyone.

Why would a promoter care who fights, when he's by and large promoting both or he's the lead promoter? LOOOOOOOOOL

Why are you defending Arum? He robbed your hero Pac blind for years and is the main reason why he's still fighting.:deal:

He said my post was ignorant but provided me proof to confirm how Arum was a snake by only wanting in house fights or fights where he was the superior promoter. LOL

I'm not defending Arum, but to say that he blocked big fights from happening is simply untrue.

No, Pac is fighting because 1) he loves fighting and he misses the sport when he's not training and 2) continuing to build his war chest for his inevitable presidential run.

Floyd's the one doing commercials for windows in the UK.
