What are y'all thoughts. Where do y'all stand on this? I try my hardest to stray away from these type of convos, it's not cool imo. How is one supposed to respond to these type of comments? Like what if a pro boxr woman calls you out.
Didn't she mean that she would beat Uma Thurman and giving Golovkin "a run" literally... like run away as fast as she can?! She's such a turn off, and more delusional as Patel.
Every so often a female athlete will grab attention by making outlandish claims that she would be able to beat male competitors of a certain standard. Objectively, women are at a massive disadvantage in any physical sport, even against a man of similar dimensions. It's extremely unlikely that any woman would be talented enough to overcome that gap at elite level. Lucia Rijker was the top female boxer/kickboxer in the world, but was flattened when she went up against fairly average male opposition. Likewise in tennis, the Williams sisters claimed they could beat any man outside the top 200. The 203rd ranked guy, who happened to train on cigarettes and lager, took them on one after the other and wiped the floor with them. As a way of getting Shields some exposure and publicity, it probably works better than beating the likes of Hammer in the ring. All fun and games, as long as no-one takes it seriously.
This content is protected This is how Shields would end up if she took on a male boxer with 2 wins and 50 losses, let alone Thurman or GGG.
The Williams monsters were easily handled by male college players. When you see in tennis that even the smallest male players generate more power than the biggest females around 6ft, and are far quicker, more explosive, have vastly more endurance, better tactical ability, and are more ferocious, the staggering sexual differences are easily confirmed. Apply this to fighting and it sounds like a lot of obnoxious wenches would be getting KTFO by male midgets, a crying shame we don't get to witness it.
