o_O Think so? I think Khan has a better resume than MI key, by quite a bit.

Khan - Judah, Maidana, Kotelnik, Malignaggi, SHOULD have a W over Peterson, Alexander

    Mikey - Salido, Broner, Lipinets....uh....

Linares falls over in the presence a stiff wind.

P4P N1 for sure in this area. Even Price can't beat him.

Khan has had his share of good wins at world level, we can deny it, but it's elite level we're dealing with here, and he only has elite handspeed, while his chin is way below average for a supposedly elite level fighter.

*** Salido, Lipinets, Easter, Zlaticanin, Broner, Burgos, Martinez, semi-shot Lopez, Barros, Guzman, Lock *** vs. *** semi-shot Judah, Maidana, Kotelnik, Malignaggi, Collazo, Alexander ***

Not by a country mile or anything, but Mikey's is deeper. Khan's is more front-loaded with some bigger names, but neither of them has beaten any p4p elites in their primes, they're both chockablock with victories in the "pretty good" range. Mikey has about 11 of those, and Khan has about 6.

Thank you, btw, for not counting the Barrera farce - that shows me beyond a doubt that you're not a blind shill for Khan. :sisi1

Crawford cleaned out 140, which Khan never did.

I don't believe it's that deep. Burgos and Zlaticanin aren't much more than average contenders. nothing special.

You can say that about 90% of Khan's wins too, though.

It's six of one, half a dozen of the other...tomato, tomah-to.

One guy has eleven wins that average out to a B. The other has six wins that average out to a B+. Ho hum.

Well, that's according to your very own ratings model. Ho hum indeed :angel2:

He had some good wins and he sometimes shows talent but he doesn't have it, the way he wants to fight and show how tough and blah blah blah would need him to have wicked heart durability, which he clearly doesn't.

But if he catches bud early he COULD have the perfect round or instance... The longer it goes the less chance khan has of making it to the end conscious..

Wouldn't go as far as to formalize it by that name, I didn't set out to create a "ratings model"; that's just a summary, which part of it do you find inaccurate?

    Lost to Willie Limmond
Brutally KO'd by journeyman Bredis Prescott

Petrified of the rematch so decided to move an entire division to avoid him.

Beat the weakest title holder for a trinket belt at 140. Never won a title at either 147 or 135.

Feasted on smaller, old, shot fighters like Barrera, Paulie and Collazo.

Blatantly ducked Jon Thaxton and Kell Brook for years.

Has eaten the canvas at every stage of his career, the only fighter I can think of that this has happened to.

Maidana is a very good win, but he's lost several times. Hardly a P4P resume when he's had big fights handed to him on a plate his entire career. He's never had to earn or work for a title shot. Silver spoon and all that.
