That actually proves he is an outright cheat. This isn't a case of 'oh it was a one off day when he forgot to monitor what he was taking'. This is no Billy Joe Saunders nasal issue, or Canelo mexican beef. He's done it twice. There's no excuses for that, he IS a cheat 100%. When was the last time we've found a top level boxer well and truly guilty of cheating?
