Possibly but according to Miller he weighed 210 pounds at the olympics and 3 years later had added 40 pounds, 20 of which were in the first year, of mostly lean muscle. Joshua also wasn’t a skinny gangly teenager at the olympics and had already hit the gym before he took up boxing. Now Miller looks like a hypocrite after accusing Joshua of PEDs and then getting caught himself but that doesn’t mean his thoughts hold no weight.
