Barry was a top fighter but slightly overrated due to his pull factor.

I think Carl edges it but mythecally I think if they ever fought at featherweight Barry would have won as Carl's best has been at SBW.

You have to back this up. Are you seriously suggesting Carl has beaten better featherweights than pedroza la Porte, Taylor???

Scott quigg and Kiko would probably not even be top contenders in Barry's day.

I think you to need to read my post again Len, as I never said or suggested Carl had better wins at featherweight, or was even a better featherweight than Barry was!

I know what you said Moog. Forget about weights for a second. but why ...on what grounds...do you rate Carl above Barry? Surely Barry's best defeated opponents top Carls? In a head to head comparison Barry beat better men. Surely you don't dispute this Moog? Therefore by all logic and reason he is by default the better fighter. That's it. Game over. Case closed for me.....and for you too surely?

Cam, please! It's bad enough the permanently-outraged Sugar defaming me! Not you torturing me too!
So anyway, what he being accused of? Some...you know... "Facts" would be nice.
(Best wishes to chantell by the way. Hope she achieves all the success in the world. I really mean that)

    Len just trying
Len ,I’m just trying to break the bad news gently, I have never been so disappointed in anybody as much as Barry. I really cannot say too much as I have said before my social media is being monitored by his team and the drivel I spout has ended up as part of litigation.
Thanks for the best wishes for Chantelle and hopefully we may meet when she gets a chance th fight in Ireland again

Ok. I didn't realise from your post it was to do with you that Barry was up in front of the board cam. Certainly do not do or say anything on social media that you wouldn't say anywhere else as legally you are fully liable for it. I would love to meet you in Ireland. If you are coming here with Chantell if there is anything I can do to assist please just ask, ok?

I think there is very little difference between both of them p4p, but I think Carl was slightly better. In reality if they were the same era they would have fought at FW and Barry would have edged it imo. I personally just feel p4p Carl's skill set would edge Barry's.

Yes but you must have some credible criteria! Something better than "skillset" moog. Something to benchmark their performance. I do. Their respective opponents. Barry > Carl. :)

You can’t help the era you fight in. You can’t just say because someone happened to fight in a better era, that means they are better. Carl’s main advantages are timing, punch accuracy, footwork and distance control. Barry’s advantages were power and work rate. Let’s not forget Carl has never been stopped as Barry did, against Jim McDonnell. Would someone of that quality have beaten Carl at SBW, I do not think so.

That was something you added to my quote. It's not in the original post so you wrote those words.

Anyone bothered to check this can by looking at the edit history of my original post. Your words aren't there. They were added on YOUR post.

So if anyone knows what the **** the other bit is about then you do. I don't know a Valerie Conn but I'd wager you do.

Anyway feel free to ignore this message as I've got no desire to converse with you lest you go on record saying you condemn the actions of the Kinahan Cartel and those who take money from their enterprises should rethink what they're doing.
