Common sense says Anthony Joshua is NOT clean, how does he keep passing tests?

More than 1 in 6 gym goers in the UK have used steroids. Less than 1% of WADA testing came out positive, but 29% of athletes admitted to using PEDs. That doesn't include the number of people that don't admit to using. Yet non-athletes think PED use is one in a billion or something lmao.

Joshua is legitimately passing VADA tests, he is a clean athlete as far as we're aware.
