Lmao, at the ripe age of 40.

Where's the too close to call option? I guess if I was forced to pick one of the poll options, I'd go with Pac by Dec. I don't think Thurman will be One Time, but instead Runtime.

I’m nervous for Pac, he’s an old man and an old chin is more fragile. If Thurman catches him with one of those haymakers he was catching porter with, its game over. However if Thurman can’t stopped Pac, he’s in trouble.

There’s no way in hell he will outbox Pac. Pac is better than him in every department except perhaps chin and stamina at this point. PACs boxing skills is miles ahead and so is his speed. Thurman also fights upright leaving his open for a straight left.

Looking forward to this, no clinchers here, potential fight of the year.

Most exciting Pac fight since mayweather and cotto. Everyone Pac fought since cotto aside from Floyd he was suppose to beat, this one is more of a 50/50.

Massive exaggeration, Tommy Hearns right for example was the only thing Duran prepared for. We all saw how far that got him

I like Thurman, if he returns to the form he was in when he beat Porter or Garcia, I think he'd beat everyone in the division other than Spence, he's also clearly the most proven at the weight at the minute. But I don't know if he will be in peak form after his injuries. If not Pac wins, if he does, Thurman wins. Probably by KO for both.

A natural sized mw vs a natural lw. It had much more to do with styles and size than hearns right hand.

PACs left hand conquered and stopped opponents from Flyweight to WW. 0 exaggeration.

Hearn is a natural Welterweight, hence why he was a Welterweight. That natural LW was better than anyone Pac beat.

Pacs left is sick but it's not the best punch in the sport

Lol how many natural 6,2 WWs do you know?

Hearns was a big boy who ended up at Cruiserweight. If he’s a natural WW then Pac is a natural BW dropping WWs.

Hearns right hand was devastating to fighters a few weight classes below him, it was much use against Barkley.

PACs left hand was devastating to fighters 10 weight divisions north of where he first won his lineal championship. That should say it all.

How do you predict this...Thurman looked awful in his last fight. I think we'll have to check more carefully how their camps are going, what they look like at weigh-ins to try and see who's got anything left and who hasn't.

But oh my...this fight is going to be an epic. Pacquiao is gonna come at Thurman like a steam train in there. Both guys are going to make mistakes and it could get brutal.

I have two scenarios. If Thurman is still rubbish as expected, I have Pacquiao winning a back and forth war on points.

If Thurman is still the same guy as 2/3 years ago, then I think his timing is good enough to cause Pacquiao a few issues. He will catch Pacquiao to the body with quick jabs when he comes in, and that will be crucial. They'll be equals early on, with Pacquiao maybe having the more eye-catching shots. But as the fight goes on, I expect Thurman's body shots to tell and give him a tiny edge in the later rounds. That evens it up a bit and I think Thurman will edge it.

Thurman should also focus on power shots straight on. He can reset Pacquiao's momentum if he fires a straight shot to the head when he sees an onslaught coming. Those awkward over-the-top power shots are one of the things Thurman is good at. Mix it up though. Some straight shots set up with the jab to reset that momentum, but also jabs to the body and then escape and move away quickly.

If Thurman has lost any movement, any power..then he's in deep trouble. If he's the same fighter or roughly the same, then I think he can get over the line. And that's not a good thing though. He stands no chance against Crawford and Spence anymore.

    Ding! Ding! Ding!

This is precisely why I think Pac will KO Thurman. Thurman doesn't clinch when he's hurt. He may run, he may throw back, but he doesn't really clinch. Not even during the fight.

AND PAC ROCKS EVERYONE HE FIGHTS AT SOME POINT OR ANOTHER.

I said that it's one of the very best punches in the history of the game. It comes in fast, very hard, and at awkward angles.

Broner never ran from Maidana, Porter, and Mikey. In fact, he walked all three down in various points during their matches. Yet Broner ran for survival against Pac and kept looking at the clock. Why do you think this is?!?!

Hence, one of. I never said it was the BEST, although if we factor in the fact that he started at FLYWEIGHT and knocked out welterweights, an argument can be made. Just think about Chocolatito hurting a 165 pound Margarito!

Hell, Pac had Floyd fight the most cautious fight of his life and he got rocked twice the handful of times he initiated action.
