Sure you don`t need a yes man, who will told you, yes man you are doing great, when you are a bang average at what you are doing.
But brutally honest about what ? A fight that GGG clearly won ? A fight that 90% of the scene think he won? A fight where he outlanded his opponent in 9 rounds?
In my previous post about the honorary i defended what Abel stands, and dashed the point of view of GGG, but i can`t agree on here. Abel think everything is about pressure and what was his suggestion GGG to be more open against a deadly fast counter puncher, so he can try to counter him and landed heavy. Really? Great tactic, really great.
So yeah he really deserved to be dumbed for that.

GGG did not win that. You need to get over what the press said.

Watch Mosley-DLH2, "90%" of the press had Mosley beating De La Hoya.

    Abel was just being honest.

Just think about it, why would he "lie" as you and many GGGoons claim.

Also, boxing is not scored on who lands more punches at all. But for argument sake, GGG landed and avg. of 2.5 punches more per round. Those punches were JABS.

No real body attack. Rarely any clean punches, and missed at a higher rate than Canelo. Again, 2.5 more punches per round.

GGG has been fighting the same way for over a decade. It would have been very naive to think that changing his style (which they didn't train for) in the middle of a fight would be a good idea.

What happened to GGG that night was that he wasn't expecting Canelo to stand in his face and trade. Golovkin had never been that beat up in any of his pro fights and possibly amateur fights.

GGG tried his best, made a good account for himself but ultimately fell short.

There are many boxers and trainers, including ATG boxers who thought Canelo justly won.

Totally agree, the more I think about this situation the more I think GGG looks like an *******. What a shame, thats some pretty heavy dope, screwing over the guy who trained, guided, and sold you to people your entire rise from obscurity. Abel does look like a sucker with what hes said to the media though, I wish he kept it behind closed doors but then again people wouldn't know how big a jerk GGG is.

ROFL Dont believe what the media and 85 % of the boxing community say.
Believe what us Moonelo's say Our ginger ped's cheater beat GGG.
Do you really think you are thought of as a boxing expert ?? No youre looked on as a troll a comedian to boot lol.
Mosely did beat FISHNETS. but he happened to be juiced to the gills when he did it
T he Abel interview I saw he said . "The fight was very close I thought GGG won but can see how a draw or even a Canelo win could be given"
He never came out & said Canelo won the fight like you clowns are saying

I`m talking about GGG - Canelo, not other fights arround, is that clear?
    This content is protected

Firstable why should jab not count? I could agree that some punches should not be taken into consideration or being equal to others, if they are just arm punches. Golovkin has one of the best and heaviest jab in the division. So if you ask me they should count for x2. Not funny right ?
Who tells you body punches count more than head shots? It`s vice versa usually.
Body punches are good, but only when they effect the opponent, yet GGG was better in the second half of the match. :D
Who told you i just look at compubox, when most of the time it`s so inaccurate and even if one fighter outlanded the opponent cleanly, the compubox can show it differintly.
I score the fight round by round. And to be fair it`s not hard fight to score. And there was exactly 3 close rounds and even if you give all these 3 rounds to Canelo, GGG still won the fight.
Already scored and posted the fight, but i can`t see how you cannot give these rounds to GGG:
    1,3,4,5,9,10,11.
Also the 12 round where 2 of the judges score it to Canelo and the round that decide the fight i can just ask why or how you can give it to Canelo ?
I could agree on 10 - 10 round, but to Canelo, for what? GGG obviously landed more heavy shots in that round. There was 5 uppercuts from GGG, and 2 of them was really heavy, as one of them was rocket. Yet they give it to Canelo for money reason, pardom unknown reason.
And just to shows you that i don`t look compubox i can tell you that in round 2 Golovkin outlanded Canelo by 7 shots, yet that was clearly a Canelo shot. To be fair don`t really know how the compubox got these stats in round 2. :D

I`m not a fanboy of any current today boxer, so don`t try to change my opinion, i`m 30 year old grown man and i train boxing for so long and watch boxing for long time and not have problem scoring a fight, and as i said it wasn`t a hard fight to score.
And one last thing. When you are on front foot, you need to attack and atleast show some sign of domination and to pressure the opponent, put him on the rope or have him in bad situation, otherwise you are doing nothing and should not recieve benefit for that.
And btw you can take into consideration defensive play, pressure style, paying for miss, leadership on the ring and so on, when the rounds are really close and you can`t decide who won the round.
As i said there was 3 close rounds that simply not change the end result, so even if they give to Canelo prop for whatever they decide, GGG should still won the fight, by simply being the better man on the ring, whether his tactics was.

It's the end of his career and he knows it, no need to ball out on trainers anymore. Tim Bradley did the same thing and so did Pacquiao when he went to PBC. When its time and the end is nigh you have to be conservative with your money. Not everyone is blowing money like Money Mayweather in the sport.

how about a guy just being honest? whats the matter, you dont know any of those? why the need to read something into what the man is saying, other than what he said? has robert given you reason to think he lies, or is there something else that makes him automatically suspect?
