If Spence were to be fighting Crawford next, 50-50 would be fair. If Spence beats Porter and then the Pacquiao/Thurman winner to hold 3 of the 4 belts, then he'd have more than enough justification to demand the bigger share of the split.

 

Bud v Benavidez wasn't a ppv and drew 2 million views on BSPN. The demographic is bound to be different as its by subscribers to BSPN+. Also Benavidez isn't a big star and doesn't have the following a Mikey has. Its an apples to acorns comparison.

 

Spence does more buys, is a longer reigning champion and has a better win than any one Crawford has.

So is Spence telling Bob Arum this? Cuz it sure dont look like Spence's side is rushing forward with any offers to make one of the sports hottest fights. But then is this a Crawford Spence stand off or is it a Arum Haymon stand off. Both will be very unwilling to let their fighter "cross the street". I keep saying it, its the Network chess games that are screwing all these big good fights from happening.
