Crawford still hasn't fought anybody. His resume stinks. Numerous Floyd opponents would be his toughest opponent.

Floyd wins a fairly wide UD.

    Physical Strength: Indeterminate
    Footspeed: Floyd
    Handspeed: Floyd
    Skill Set: Floyd
    Defense: Floyd
    Power: Crawford
    Chin: Floyd

How on Earth does Crawford win? I'm a Crawford fan but let's be honest...........

Fmj easiy pounds out TC 10/2 at worst . Crawford doesn't have the skill to compete with a 30 year old fmj..

You'll see what happens when Spence pounds him out. A prime fmj, fighting opponents hood own size, it's a clear wrap.

No one ever in fmj weight class 140/47 beats him..

Prime Cotto gets beat badly by Crawford. Cotto was also on the downside of his career when he fought FlIVd.
Canelo was green asf, weight drained and Canelo later went on to get his ears boxed off for 5 rounds by Khan. Good win for FlIVd but come on bro hes no Crawford. Not the same type of fighter at all. Like I said FlIVd never faced anyone In his career like Crawford.

Crawford is unquestionably stronger than Mayweather and would be MUCH heavier on fight night. Hand speed and foot speed to Floyd? What? A younger Floyd innthe lower weights didnt even have the hand speed or foot speed of Crawford, let alone the WW version who was more stationary at the higher weights in his career. Power is Crawford all day. Skills, Bud is extremely skilled but Mayweather takes this without an argument. Chin, neither really get hit cleanly but Bud is the way bigger guy imbsure he can take a better shot at 147 than Floyd.

Timing and accuracy: Floyd takes this over pretty much any fighter in the modern era but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Crawford is his equal here or at least very close.

Ring IQ/Generalship/Adaptability: obviously this has to go to Mayweather right now but I wouldnt be surprised if Bud equals Mayweather here when all is said and done.

I know im in the small minority here but I think Bud tunes Money up bad. First off, Money wouldnt take this fight -- no matter how much money. Floyd only fought guys where he had the decks completely stacked or close to it in his favor. Reach is an important factor in a Floyd fight, and he never fought anyone with a significant reach advantage on him. Crawford would have 2" of reach on Floyd. He would also be the clearly faster fighter -- of hand, foot, reflex -- nd on top of all that he would be significantly bigger and stronger and punch WAY harder. Ive thought for a long time now that Crawford and Erislandy Lara at 154 would have been nightmares for Floyd. In this hypothetical scenario, Crawford uses this as his stepping stone to become a super star. Floyd holds sligit advantages in skills and ring generalship. No way is that enough to allow him to even see past round 8. Crawford would be Floyds biggest nightmare at 147.

Then again, who cares, this is hypothetical and IMO both fighters are massive PED abusers and their natural fighting weight is lower than WW. I think Crawford -- without PED's -- is a natural 140. Floyd lol, natural SFW. Take these guys sauce connection away and they'd deflate mysteriously back to their natural weight classes and would look human again.

Picking Crawford because Mayweather hasnt fought someone quite like him before...

Meanwhile, Crawford has fought... who? Absolutely nobody even remotely near a past prime Mayweather on his worst day.

This reminds me of when GGG would bet hagler and Hopkins.

There’s levels to this game. The fighter looks as great as his competition.

Crawford hasn’t come close to fighting any A level fighter. His best win is Khan who stylistically was a good matchup for him because of his power which I underestimated.

Until we see Crawford with a A level fighter like Spence, it’ll be hard to get a read on him.

Remember that back in the days, guys like porter would be disappointing matchups for Floyd/Pac, they were typical fodder and they walked through that level of comp. when Danny Garcia was being thrown around as a potential opponent you could see the threads of disappointments here, like he wasn’t worthy.

Crawford not on that level yet.

You can think that, I think both Cotto (edges it) and Canelo KOs him. But regardless, Crawford hasn't faced someone a tenth of Mayweather's skill

Crawford's best opponent wouldn't be one of Floyd's top 15 opponents.
