    Close back and forth round, but Ali landed the eye catching counters, then Ali gets hurt with a body shot, Young unloading, Byrd is telling him to show me something. Ali shelling up along the ropes, getting lit up, Byrd steps in and waves it off, a little too soon, but whatever.

    Yeah I jumped on.

    Young went to 7/4 just as I got on, then the second round started and halfway through the round I was thinking "oops" LOL

    Worked out OK, I needed a little win, had a bit of a crap day.

    Totally agree but the main point I think we are all missing is that Ruiz was lined up, he even said he had been in camp for weeks but I this was lined up and there was no chance of the other fighters he was going on about being possible. I don’t mind this fight it’s better than the miller fight but only just

    Yeah I didn't like it. Ali has been in with some good fighters, he's not a green rookie, you gotta give a professional prize fighter more of an opportunity to battle it out.

    it's a non-real title fight or eliminator and he was getting beaten down so referees take that into account when they do somewhat early stoppages like this.
