You don’t move up in weight to please others especially when you still have business to do in your own weight division. I never saw Top Rank calling Mikey Garcia our for Loma when he was available.

Won’t take that long. Let’s be very clear Tank’s combination of speed, power, boxing ability and ring generalship/composure present a real problem for Loma should they fight.

Great fighter but his body is made of glass. No way I'd 'fight for free' against Davis if I was in that situation.

Hasn't Davis failed to make 130 a couple of times. I think he'll naturally evole into a 135lber

No, you don't move up in weight to please others, but it might be a sign it's time when you miss weight in 3 of your last 4 fights at the class and you're only 24.

Tank's the equivalent of a chick who's too fat for her high school jeans but manages to cram it in just long enough to claim she's a size 8, right before the button flies off and shatters a mirror.

I think Al Haymon, Floyd Mayweather and Leonard Ellerbe know what they are doing with Tank. Tank will move up at the right time. Tank is going to win world titles in several divisions. He was the youngest world champion for a reason and no where near his best and it’s frightening that he is getting better.

He's only going to get better if he keeps his dedication up. You only miss weight that often when you're that young for two reasons: you've either outgrown the division or your discipline isn't in check. That's it.

Honestly, he needs to quit hanging around Broner and crew ASAP, or else he's going to fall in to the same trap the other young cats with some talent do. They see where Floyd is now, want that lifestyle, and ignore the thousands of hours and years of work he put in to his craft to get there. The story always ends with them losing fights they should win.

Dude's an exciting fighter and I want to see him reach his potential. But he's got real issues to fix before his team treats the Loma fight as anything other than a punishment for him. Tank needs to live the life. Dedicate himself like Floyd, Bhop, or Wlad did. Get the hell off the streets and out of the hood mindset. Even in just a year, it'd work wonders for him.

Or, we'll see him up on TMZ or Worldstar again for some more childish legal nonsense. His choice.

He has stopped hanging out with Broner and dedicating himself to his craft hence the performances we are seeing. I understand your points perfectly hence Haymon , Mayweather and Ellerbe making sure the support network is in place. Tank is a real threat to Loma right now. Imagine how much more he will be in 12-24 months.
