I think wishing death of a platform is a bit silly if you're a boxing fan, especially now that HBO is done with boxing. SHO is weakened. It's not looking great for boxing, I hope it does well just for the sake of the sport.
It was very amateurish without a doubt and their commentary team is ****. But if they keep putting top fights on I will keep paying for it any moth they have those good fights
You guys are funny complaining about dazn us or uk. Go for german dazn and your in for a treat. Only half as many fights as in the usa and the most annoying commentator of all time. No joke the guy is pronouncing any name that it almost sounds german. On saturday he called the mexican KANÄLO and the moment he said Demetrius Andrade i was finished.
All he did in his later years was just quote compubox. He was horrible. He offered no insight to what was going on inside the ring.
Ok, not used this service but from experience with other comparable ones I'd try focussing on just one device, you can sometimes run into trouble when logging in from two devices depending on how their sign on is configured: You need to make sure you have the correct sign in details. Clear the cache on your xbox https://www.ign.com/wikis/xbox-one/How_to_Clear_the_Cache_When_Experiencing_Problems make sure your phone isn't trying to sign in. I'd consider deleting the DAZN app on both devices and then reinstalling it on the Xbox (if that's the one you're focussing on) and reinputting your details to see if you can login. If you try with your phone make sure its got its latest updates, clear any cache and delete and reinstall the app and try same process. Hope this helps. If you can get through their help pages you should be able to submit a support ticket and they can talk you through whatever their sign on help process is....
ok same advice re deleting and reinstalling app and clearing cache goes for the Xbox. For website (via mobile?) have you tried accessing via a different browser? ie. if you're on windows, try Chrome, Edge or Opera and again make sure the browser you're using is up to date. Login should be seamless and the Xbox should be a standard device that's been catered for, but given the vast number of different mobile devices, OS versions etc. there can sometimes be weird issues that some get that others don't. Trying a different web browswer is an easy first step to see if you can eliminate that as a cause.
Inexplicably bad business decisions. As much money as they throw at a few high profile boxers, why not throw a tiny portion of that to actually get together a comprehensive boxing library of old fights and fighters? I'm sure they could get it for cheap, and it would make lasting content that would interest fans and get them MORE engaged in boxing on a sustained basis (thus more likely to view even lower quality DAZN cards). As it is, I forget I have it half the time. Plus, weird payment structure and strategy. I'm going to stick with it awhile longer, but at this point, I think its likely I'll cancel it at some point.
How is it amazing value, when you’re paying $100 upfront and won’t know the boxing lineup for the full year. For all you know, you could pay $100 for DAZN in May and they could serve up crap for the rest of the year. Only the Joshua fight upcoming seems to be of interest. Even then Joshua is going up against a bum who he will knockout within a couple of rounds. DAZN needs First tier Sports to make it work in the US and better American style production quality. The vast majority of people telling AMERICANS to subscribe to DAZN USA seems to be coming from UK Fans who are obsessed with Hearn/US and DAZN for some strange reason. Promoters are leeches nothing more, nothing less. You should be hating them all with a passion
I could care less about promoters or what U.K. fans feel or think. All I care for is the content. If you understand how expensive the PPV fights are in the States you’d understand what a great value $100 is to watch GGG, Canelo, Joshua, Rungvisai etc. for an entire year.
