Look at you trying to slip Rocky in there at 17....your gonna get in trouble if the anti Rocky crowd sees this.....they have eyes/ears everywhere!

Looks like a solid list. I will need to think on it, but I see quite a few on there that would make mine as well.

You seem biased against the lighter weights? Only one at Feather and Bantam

I’m not criticizing it, just scanning it a 2nd time. Although there are some great ones there, I think they are more important to me than the boxing community as a whole. I see quite a few hw as well but that is probably a better reflection. Mine was just musing out loud. Still thinking on it.

    2) Hagler vs Leonard

Also worth considering are these robberies

I was actually considering this one! Hagler vs Leonard I didn't put in due to the controversial decision and the fact that both are generally considered past prime at that point, but it definitely has an argument to be on the list

I think Benitez-Cervantes HAS to be there. Cervantes was a great champion in his prime and Benitez was 17.

Rose beating Harada in Japan at just 19 fighting such a complete and composed fight has to be there too IMO.

    Marquez KO6 Pacquaio?

Damn fine list. I probably wouldn't include Rock's win over Ezz. It really doesn't resonate like the others.

I would consider Battling Nelson KO17 Joe Gans as a more than suitable replacement.

    Honorable mentions:

Ray Robinson KO Fullmer II: Robinson was almost 37. Won the MW crown for the 4th time. One more to go.
Ray Robinson UD Lamotta III: A win over an all time great middleweight who was 16 lbs heavier.
Bob Fitzsimmons KO James Corbett: Former MW champion beats the HW champion with a significant size advantage.
Michael Spinks UD Larry Holmes: LHW champion beats a fading HW champion. Not top 20 material but a great win nonetheless.
Ismael Laguna MD Carlos Ortiz: Laguna became Panama's first world champion by beating a legend in his prime. It was a huge upset too.
Eder Jofre MD Jose Legra: Jofre beat Legra at the age of 37 to win the WBC featherweight title.
Emile Griffith UD Dicq Tiger: Tiger is an ATG middleweight and Griffith was a welterweight.
Floyd Patterson KO Archie Moore: Floyd was only 21 and he dominated one of the greatest fighters of all time to win the HW crown.
Muhammad Ali RTD Sonny Liston: In my opinion, this was Ali's greatest victory. Ali had just turned 22 and he schooled Liston.

Underrated win- Jersey Joe Walcott SD Jimmy Bivins: Bivins was on a 26 fight win streak. Held knockout wins over Archie Moore and Lloyd Marshall. Decision wins over Joey Maxim, Ezzard Charles, Anton Christoforidis, Bob Pastor, Tami Mauriello, Mellio Bettina, Lee Q Murray. Walcott beat him by a split decision but a win is a win.

Great list! Personally my list would go
    1. Louis vs schmeling 2 (mostly due to the political climate of the time but also a outstanding 1st round revenge win for Louis against someone who actually managed to beat louis before)

    2. Hagler vs hearns (2 legends digging deep and giving it their absolute all from the moment the bell rang to the moment one fell, easily one of the greatest fights of all time.)

    3. Ali vs Frazier 1 (Ali would have been able to possibly t.k.o. the frazier that fought bonavena or quarry, but that night Frazier was never as powerful of a fighter before or really since, Joe really gave it his all in this one and every training day leading up to it.)

    4. Ali vs foreman (who at the time saw that coming!!)

    5. Foreman vs moorer (now foreman proved in this fight what a real legend he was even as a old man, really makes you wonder how the foreman from the golden era would have done in Moorer's era.)

I feel like watching some foreman highlights so ima stop my list here
