He may have been unbeateble in his prime, but I feel there was still room for improvement, in terms of power Hearns hit harder and Hagler was as tough as any middle in history.

Froch for me. If you don't have fast hands or feet and want to slug it out then you will struggle with Froch.

GGG would be far too smart to slug with Froch. Of that I am sure.

I think Golovkins jab would be the difference.

I never really rated Froch I think he is an over-estimated boxer . He over-achieved due to a division that was winding down from Hopkins , Calzaghe and what not . If he was boxing 5 years before his time then he would be a journeyman or low-risk top 10 at best . He had an engine and good chin but not much else . I would see GGG boxing his head off honestly .

Froch reckoned he could of taken Calzaghe which is probably the most stupid thing I heard from a MW boxer . Froch has low punch output and reminds me of the MW version of Wilder .

I mean Froch got through his career purely on heart and toughness, he’d be meeting a man just as tough as him an 10x as skillful.

GGG wins as Froch runs out of the ring after his nose gets hurt.

I lean towards Froch being too big (if Golovkin thought Jacobs was big wait til he fights Froch), being too tough, and wanting it more than Golovkin.

Froch UD in a highly competitive and quality fight.

A better match would be prime Calzaghe V prime GGG , that would be a far more tactical affair , where pace , durability and technical boxing would be on display from both men .

Old ggg of today destroys any version of froch, never mind the murder a prime ggg would put on him

That's only your opinion that hearns hit harder, I don't see it being that close with ggg clearly the better puncher round after round.

Hearn may land the single cleanest shot but he lost his deadly power truly after lmw

Fyi: froch was not bigger than Jacob's on the night he fought ggg. Actually smaller by a good measure froch was
