    Maybe but Ray was abused by his pervy amatuer Olmpic coach and just ran away! I doubt McQueen (gay or not) would have run away if a guy touched his balls without asking!

    I can't think of a worse comparison.
    Steve McQueen was the 'king of cool' anti-hero, who used minimal dialogue and subtle movement and facial expression to convey a reserved intensity.
    Sugar Ray Leonard was the opposite of that.
