Did Lennox Lewis punch harder than AJ does?

AJ hasn't "destroyed" any heavyweight of their calibre yet.
He's pretty cautious early on.
Lewis blew them away.

 

I'd say Lewis and I doubt Joshua has more one punch power than Bruno,though he is a better fighter.

Wlad and Povetkin were better than all three of those fighters, Rahman wasn`t a quality fighter at all.

 

You’re wrong,Steve. He KOed Lewis. only one of two guy that ever beat atg Lewis. That’s gotta be quality regardless of what else he ever did in the rest of his career.

 

Lewis was wide open in a poor display just like when he was knocked out by the average McCall who was completely outboxed by Bruno, Rahman was really poor in his rematch v Lennox, all he had was power.

 

What are you saying, Steve? McCall is noted for having the strongest chin in heavyweight history. There’s nothing average about a recognition like that.

 

I meant his boxing ability, Wlad and Povetkin were/are far more skilled.

 

Except Bruno came close to being stopped in the 11th and 12th, survived by hugging McCall like his favorite teddy bear.

 

I agree, but what about the other ten rounds? Povetkin and Wlad would have done far better and both of them would have knocked Bruno out.

 

The question was, does Lewis punch harder than AJ.
I gave examples of Lewis blowing fighters away due to his punching power, I wasn't comparing Klitschko and Povetkin to those opponents as fighters.

 

I know but I feel those three guys were easy to blow away despite Lewis dispaying great power in those bouts.
