I am certainly not as hardline on ppvs as you are but i agree Whyte should not he a Sky ppv headliner. If he fights Joshua, Fury or Wilder then i have no problem with him being a ppv headliner but not against current quality of fighters.

Yeah i seen him say that in an interview with MJP. He also said maybe Whyte has a point about them not wanting to give him a shot, As they know if he fights me he gets beat. Fury also said i could have fought Wilder so why should i fight an eliminator, As the lineal champion

Seems pretty reasonable to me. I'm a bit disappointed in Fury fighting Schwarz - but if he deals with Schwarz, fights Whyte in September and (assuming he wins) finishes the year with Wilder or Joshua.. I think that would be a very good 2019.

There’s not a chance he fights Whyte in September.

Had forgotten Whyte fights in July so you're probably right - but that was just an date based on his own estimations (Schwarz, September, December).

What’s your reason for saying it, mate...not enough of a gap from their respective fights with Schwarz and Rivas (should they win) or that they’re both just blowing hot air?

The turn around being the main thing. Dillian fights mid July so wouldn’t even make the end of September. If Fury is serious about fighting Wilder in December (again I don’t see it happening for reasons he’s had the option before and refused it) then he wouldn’t have enough time to prepare.

That’s before you bring networks and what not in to it.

Hope it does but only if it’s the next fight for both otherwise it’s just preventing bigger and better fights.

Whyte V Fury would be a great fight, the build up would be brilliant. Fury should deal with him comfortably but Whyte would give it a good go and is capable of landing a bomb or two.

I don’t think it would. It’s an easy fight for Fury. If you could make a tailor made opponent for Fury it would be Whyte. Clear wide UD whilst Whyte punches air.

To be fair this would be a very big fight in the division. I have it 2 vs 4. Appreciate there's a gap between Whyte and the other three, but he's up there on merit given his record in the past few years. If we could get 1 vs 3 over the line also then there could be an epic fight on the horizon.
