The pad guy sucks ass, can't hold em properly and Wilder looks exactly the same level of mediocrity as always. Nothing special to see here, move along, move along.........
Wilder is legitimately one of the five least skilled highly "accomplished" fighters I've ever seen and it's crazy. It's amazing that he's actually a world champion with multiple defenses under his belt.
What? What is the link there? Enlighten me with your bro-science. (I myself too believe he is on something, but for completely different reasons)
It was boring and everyone got smashed. But this new era is just frustrating as hell. Last year was fun, but this year has been a huge let down thus far.
It would be amazing if his record was full of top 5 mandatories. The problem with his record is it's littered with carefully handpicked nobodies.
..and STILL nothing but a powerful right hand. Weak jab, useless left hook, awful balance. But hey, as long as he can land that right hand he has a punchers chance to beat anyone.
Mark Breland. Also, he’s trying to protect his hands, since Wilder is horrible on the pads and will tear your finger tips up if you hold the pads correctly for him. It also doesn’t help that Wilder doesn’t like Breland. You can see the pain on Breland’s face each time Wilder misses the center and smashes his fingers. When Wilder passed through our gym my trainer had Wilder on the heavy bags and sparring and refused to hold the pads for Wilder, since he seen the number Wilder was doing on Breland’s and his other trainer Deas’ hands, since Wilder kept missing the target. I’ve seen many pros get cussed out bad for missing the center of the pads.
