I feel Foster would have stoped Haye at 190, he had better offensive skills and Haye was stopped by Carl Thompson who couldn`t even stop Chris Eubank who had stated his career at middle.
Haye was green as hell in that fight though. He improved a lot in the next years and became a champion.

He got KOs in around 10 out of 14 bouts at LHW, previous day weigh-in, so at a fighting weight of 184 - 188. Besides, he wouldn't necessarily need KOs. Floyd only had one real KO at WW but close to a dozen dominant decisions.
I'd put him even with Patterson TBH. Fast AF, smart too, but couldn't deal with big persistent punchers.
Toney would probably stop Foster late. James had underrated power and Bob had a questionable chin. Not that James would need to imo.
