    Castro not in there league IMO not even close.

    I disagree that he is not in their league. This is about as close as you can get to 50/50 type fights. Castro was tough, a good counter puncher one of the best fighting off the ropes and packs a nice punch in his own right.

    Not sure I am prepared to make a call. I could see him winning both or losing both or splitting them.

    If forced to chose I would probably say I favor Valdez to beat him, but give Castro a decision over Briscoe.

    My opinion of Castro is tainted after he lost to Duran when he was a relic,

    This is the essential truth...well said Bob,...Castro would have been manhandled by Briscoe and embalmed by Valdez.
