Genuine PED cheats who are proven to have received profesional assistance from doctors etc should be given life bans, no exceptions. It is pre-meditated cheating and is in effect, fraudulent behaviour, especially when there are huge amounts of betting cash being placed on these events.

The reason why Mayweather didn't fail any test is because he used illegal IVs to mask the use of PEDs just like Lance Armstrong did. Period.
