Possibly, but 11lb of lean muscle in five months is not an unbelievable amazing result without steroids as some seem to believe for a 6ft 7 210 lb bean pole!
I love Ribena...when I buy the bottle you have to add water too I can never get it to taste like it does from a carton though.
Diluted Ribena doesn’t taste the same as it used too. I think Brussels or whoever have made them take out some of the sweetness and replaced it with a more bitter ingredient. I switched to Vimto along time ago - its far nicer.
Lucozade, Irn Bru, etc etc have all went downhill since they removed certain ingredients and added the extremely dangerous aspartame. The only fizzy drink u can seem to find these days without aspartame is Coca Cola, but not for long no doubt!
I swear I watched a program and a newsagent was selling the original irn bru (before they took out the good stuff) for a fiver a can!!!!
Pound for pound I’d have to go for Vimto We will never know who is the greatest though as Ribena won’t settle for a 50-50 deal. In the Fizzy weight class , Coca-Colas been up there for years, can’t see anyone ever toppling it.
