    It wasn't that close. Inoue scored more shots and far more effective shots.

    I'll have to watch the first round. The shots that E-Rod landed against Inoue caught my eye a little more at the time. Wouldn't argue too strenuously with anyone giving the round to Inoue, though.

    Can't think of a better way for Donaire to go out, win or lose, he's a beast, if he wins he's an icon, if he loses, he goes out passing the torch in the most appropriate way imaginable..

    Nery vs Inoue next after Doniare, no other fight interests me, maybe Tete. Then he should move up to 122 and fight Roman.

    I've been telling you all for months now that nobody South of 175 with the exception of Loma is beating Inoue and mark my words he will spark Spence out cold if he ever dares take the Inoue Challenge (which of course he won't) and I'm willing to do a perma ban bet with anyone about that if Spence ever manages to locate his plums.

    Nah. IT was close. If you watch it without Inoue bias and acting like every shot of him was destroying something in Rod. It was a slow paced round for first 1,5 minutes where Rod looked a bit better, landed a few good shots, Inoue warmed up afterwards and landed really good shots in the last minute. Far away from a CLEAR round for Inoue. But let's not talk about such things. We just saw the #1 P4P boxer live. He's an animal. Not from our world.

    How close is Inoue to breaking into the top 3/5 echelon of the p4p rankings do you all think? @Serge @CST80 curious to know what you think, after that I’m close to putting him in the top 5, another destructive win vs donaire for sure puts him up there

    It wasn't a completely blow out of a round, but Naoya landed the far more telling and effective shots. Nothing to do with Inoue bias, it was just an easy round to score for Inoue. If you really disagree we can go through the round and point out the most effective shots landed by both sides.

    Agree first round was not clear, it doesnt matter who you gave that round. I'd give it to rodriguez though.
