    Exactly. Plenty of heavyweights can take Wilder's shots. His management carefully selects fighters who don't have the greatest punch resistance to build this impression that he's such a heavy hitter. Virtually any top HW could knock out most of the stiffs and mediocrities Wilder has faced.

    Shelly Finkel is talking about next year for the AJ fight. But I heard that there's space between now and the next 6 months to have another fight this year. I wonder what that space will be filled with. Oh yeah, I know! Wilder vs the local binman down the road. Wait though, hasn't he fought the local binman down the road already? Yeah he has, but the binman group have reinforcements.

    NO NO NO. No more waiting. No more excuses. If AJ vs Wilder isn't next I'm going to eat my hair (It would be my hat if that was my style). Anything less than that is a duck. I don't care about 1st round KO's. At the end of the day, Breazeale was born to lose against Wilder and was always going to lose regardless of what happened.

    And showtime/haymon/whoever else...they can say what they want. AJ will get 60% whether they like it or not. They can engineer performances for Deonkey to look good. Doesn't matter how many slow, high guard binman they take advantage of. AJ IS the A side and they need to DEAL WITH IT.

    I agree but the reason why this is true is because there is an over emphasis on being undefeated. In the old days all of these guys would have fought one another with mixed results and we'd be looking forward to rematcheas amongst them in 2020

    the result to me was never in doubt

    however doing it in 1 rd to me is extremely impressive

    I don't think it tells us anything we didnt know already

    good showing after the fury debacle though
