I remember fury getting up and then landing a monster left hook which rocked wilder and had him backing up for the rest of the round

That's my point the more fights fury gets in he will be sharper in the rematch wilder wouldn't be able to even land one shot like that trust me

    fury beat wilder easy

Agree with this thread title, see my post in thread above- Fury will never be accepted for what he is; which is the most naturally gifted heavyweight of this era

Both of them stand a chance of beating him, but when in shape, I'd favor him over both Joshua and Wilder.

Hence why I picked Wilder to win by violent KO1.:sisi1 Not sure why any of the rest of the posters on here were naive enough to get their hopes up.

    Interesting character.

George Raft "Scrap Iron" Johnson (December 15, 1938 – April 9, 2016)[2] [3] was an American heavyweight boxer whose career spanned the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Johnson fought many of the top fighters of his era, including George Foreman, Joe Frazier, Sonny Liston, Jerry Quarry, Duane Bobick, Joe Bugner and Eddie Machen.[4] Whilst a journeyman fighter he was nonetheless notorious for being extremely durable. He could take vast amounts of punishment. He retired in 1975 with a record of 22-27-5. He was inducted into the California Boxing Hall of Fame in 2005.[5] [6] [7] [8]

Johnson was nicknamed "Scrap" by girls in his neighborhood in Oklahoma City when he was about seven years old, because he used a wheelbarrow to salvage machinery parts to earn money. By high school, his American football teammates tacked on the "iron."[9] [10]

In 1969, after putting together a string of wins, Johnson was defeated by Sonny Liston in Las Vegas after seven rounds. Johnson had been scheduled to get married at midnight after the fight, but pushed off the wedding to the next day to recover. Johnson later claimed "Liston hit me so hard, I married the wrong woman."

No one wants that rematch other than Ortiz. Ortiz is an old man. He was once a top HW but not anymore, even though power is the last thing a fighter loses. Ortiz needs to retire.

And? So what? Wilder still won the round 10-8, and Fury landed the best shot imaginable on Wilder and his "glass jaw" having ass, stayed on his feet.

You ever considered after Wilder fought him the first time, he'll make adjustments and be sharper in the rematch? Never considered that have you? Fanboy.

And if he doesn't, will you cry?

See what you did there?Fight being the operative word,he can box we know that but despite the diatribe he comes out with about knocking folk out,all you ever get from him is 100% tactics.
Saunders is the same, don't get me wrong I'm a fan of both but this gypsy fighting man thing needs 're addressing as neither like getting into fighting territory.

He has always deserved 50-50 if not more. And when the fight gets made, he will either get 50-50 or better (most likely 50-50).

The only REAL delay is; AJ and Hearns are waiting for the "right time" to take the fight. Wilder is will be 34 years old in a couple of months so the "right time" is approaching soon.

ok ill hold you to this again

You think wilder wins a rematch with fury right?

Wilder is incapable of making adjustments to make adjustments you need to use your brain all wilder knows is to load up and hit a target
