    To be fair.... People did'nt really get much time to tune in.

    The reason why Joshua-Wilder won’t happen til the end of 2021.

    It has to be a megafight and they have to build up Wilder, during the main time Joshua is going to build up himself in the States.

    At the moment it’s only a 1M PPV fight. 2 years from now if they are keep winning it can be 3-4M PPV.

    to put it in context every wlad and vitali heavyweight fight in germany got 10 million viewers in germany alone .
    that equates to 40 million in usa
    not a slight on wilder that is just how usa boxing is going viewing figure wise.

    uk is going down the same route
    17 million used to watch bruno with uk population at 55 million total at the time
    joshua has not had a single fight on bbc or itv

    Bruno fights were on free ITV channel. Not alot of people had Sky back then (it was expensive in the 1990s) and there wasnt alot else to watch tbh .....

    Now there is so much choice.

    sky launched on the bruno v tyson fight in 1989 with boxing as there way to sell there dish which was £400
    to buy

    i bought a house cash that year for 12k to put how much £400 was in 1989

    how much is the showtime basic subscription to watch boxing ?
    and do you have to pay the govt a yearly fee to own a tv

    in the uk we have to pay £154 every year for the bbc whether you watch it or not/ it is compulsory with jail as an option for long term non payers
    so bbc works out about £13 a month or about $16 a month tax.

    Damnnn i remember the 1990s and those huge dishes people had.

    We only got Channel 5 in 1997 and finally could afford Sky in 2000.

    I never watched The Simpsons until I was 15 years old :lol:

    There's a lot of ways to get Showtime. Through a cable subscription it's an additional $10 a month but sometimes less if you bundle it with other premiums like HBO, Cinemax etc. You can stream it through Roku or Apple TV for $11 a month.
