Utterly dog **** fight, and disgusting this is a chief support to a poor PPV main event. Both utterly awful fighters.

However, just seen David Price is 2/1. I’m off to bookies with a wheelbarrow full. Allen’s a punch bag at best. Landed a hail mail punch against Nick Webb after losing every round. And I’m not even commenting on Lucas Browne.

I won’t be watching, unless I happen to be in a pub. I’ll just refresh my betting balance.

So you gonna bet a load of money and not even watch the fight?!

You know damn well you gonna watch it just like the rest of us lol...this is a freak show of a fight, could potentially be filled with laughs and will be fun whilst it lasts.

Appreciate you adding to it, do you reckon we can make it to 10 pages as you've surely helped boost it a little? Your contribution is greatly appreciated.

I had thought that a fit Allen would be a decent fighter but I was wrong.

He was in great shape against browne and was still beyond awfull.

Sloth like slow, was clearly outboxed by browne.

In his defence he is a good body puncher, as he has shown a few times. I think that's his best weapon now the way he digs them body shots in but he's awfully average as a boxer.

And price is price just meh

Much better fight than Wilder v Breazeale, Joshua v Ruiz or Fury v Shart. Levels.

Price is much better but I saw him tiring whilst Allen’s granite chin holds out and eventually takes him out.

Allen is surely a bit shopworn now? His chin can’t last forever, the accumulation of damage is going to take its toll. I’m edging towards Price now.

Them odds are superb. Boxing must be the only sport where the bookies can be a fair bit off quite regularly. I will never get over how easy it was to clear up in the Groves Eubank fight. This is not quite the same, as if it goes past 5 it’s Allen’s fight but that is excellent value. As you say Allen is a punch bag only a matter of time before he gets kod and I don’t think Price’s power has gone any where. WHEN he has the ****ing bottle to let his hands go.

Saying that about the bookies getting it wrong. It must also be the sport where you can be robbed of winnings the most by corrupt judges, overkeen refs etc. Can be horrible to bet on!!

Price is a much better boxer than Allen (who isn't ?) but he will need to start quickly and let his hands go. Allen is durable and has decent stamina while Price has the stamina of a 100 year old with bad asthma .

Problem is Price has no confidence these days and just won't let his hands go until he is exhausted by round 4.

Still think Allen wins this when Price collapses in a heap in rounds 4-6.

Price isn't as dangerous in the opening six rounds as he used to be and remains a calamity beyond six. I'm confidently picking Allen and I don't rate the guy. However, he's durable enough to survive six against the current version of Price. After six rounds Pricey fights like a bloke down the local after drinking 12 pints.

Whenever either of these two have been in with anyone decent they have lost, Price in spectacular fashion each time and one face saving pull out.

It will be interesting to see what happens but it's curtains for whoever loses, especially if it's by KO.
