His long arms and legs, coupled with great speed and an IDGAF mentality, give him a whipping power in his right hand that turns fighters' lights out. I don't consider him heavy handed in the same way that I consider fighters like Joyce or Joshua heavy handed, but if he catches anyone at the end of his punch they're going out.

One of the hardest punchers ever? I don't see why he shouldn't be in the running.

I would say his range is equally as dangerous as his power.

He’s literally been doing this for at least a decade and other than Khan, I can’t recall him ever being right.

Would not like to say. But what is interesting is how unpopular he is even after the Fury fight. On free TV he could not pull in a Million viewers in a country of over 350 million. Wilder does plenty of talking, its time he started pushing for the fights people will pay for before he is to old

Is an things combined that makes him the most deadly puncher ever. His length, his timing, agility and speed spell disaster for opponents

I'll be honest, I actually thought he was better at establishing and controlling range than he is.

Besides thinking there was no way Fury would show up in the condition he was in for their fight, another factor I thought would make a difference in their fight was that Wilder would dictate the range better. But it was Fury that largely controlled that.

So ya... obviously his range is a factor, especially against shorter and stationary heavyweights, but I dont expect it to matter much against a higher level opponent.

Despite many, many boxing flaws, Wilder is an extraordinary athlete who just happens to be a boxer. Problem with that equation is how he adjusts to a decline in his athletic ability; a process which has probably already started to happen, albeit imperceptibly. When he noticeably slows his lack of fundamentals will be exposed and the decline will be rapid. Roy Jones Syndrome.....

But as it stands, he's a danger to anyone because of his freakish physical abilities.

Ohhh so DW is nothing but lucky???)
Yet, supposedly the elite level Fury was figured out timed and truthfully ko'd by this lucky bum.

    Oh ok

But he's from many many eras ago, how could he not be the heaviest puncher if all time. Fact, he wasn't close to today's big hitters.

Shavers was a great puncher for his time, not by today's standards

Shavers was the same weight as many cruiserweights on fight night these days: 210lbs. He was extraordinarily heavy handed for a CW, but without crazy speed or freakish dimensions size alone eliminates him from the HW discussion.

Im not sure that's an attribute ,that's a skill set, timing . Attribute is his actual length that he's born with and speed bc that's genetic ,those are attributes along with being 6'7.
