Hope you can get on that bill. It's going to be the biggest boxong show in Ireland this year.

Haven’t seen any of Nikitin in pro’s but everyone reporting he’s gone backwards if anything and predicting easy win for Mick. He was only signed to Top Rank for the fight. Proof again that a long time in amateurs especially with that come forward taking punishment style doesn’t bode well for a long career in pros.

Might go to Belfast for that one. Should be a good fight. Think McKenna will win.

Tough fight for Taylor the belgian is big for the weight and throws lots of punches, seems as tough nails and overwhelms most of her opponents,
I expect Katie to get off to a good start using movement and skills and Persoon to come back at her hard mid to late rounds and they are the rounds that will decide the fight

Yep Katie's toughest fight ever, on paper anyway. Assuming she wins, she might have Chantelle Cameron waiting for a shot soon. No more gimmes for Katie!

Why does Alfredo Meli never step up? He's been a pro 7 years it's about time!

Good showing from Ireland in the European Youths. Gold for Chloe Gabriel and Michael Donoghue. One silver and 6 bronze. A lot of the loses were debatable decisions against Russian opponents.

Donoghue beat the Russian defending champion in the semis in a cracker fight. Think that was the first russian defeat the whole tournament. Looks like a class prospect for the future.

He's a decent fighter with no real backing. Probably struggles for opponents and is seen as too big a risk with little reward.
