Name some fights in the past where the winner chose to prolong the beating instead of going for KO?

The KO was belated due to Lennox frequent, though not always, cautious approach; plus respect for Mike's power. He didn't prolong it in a sadistic way. edit; you're not wrong btw, It was a beating--just adding that point.

Correct and forgive me if I'm wrong--but didn't RJJ do it with Vinny Paz?

Though accidental typol-'gruel' is a cool 'word' -gruelling and cruel = gruel. (Yes I know it has an urban dictionary meaning and was a Dickensian foodstuff-but works this way too.

There is a difference in not finishing your opponent to continue to toy with them & not having the balls to go for the KO to win Spectacularly . He played it safe to protect the O’$

Tszyu - Ruelas and Tszyu - Miguel Angel Gonzales . Kostya gave them terrible beatdowns. I think those fights were back to back from memory. Both fights were stopped due to the corner men stepping between the ropes. Ruelas and Gonzales were both on their feet.

Patterson called him by Clay but he never asked Patterson what his name was doing the fight like he did Terell. I think that he actually kind of liked Patterson while he loathed Terell.

I have seen you say this many times. If Floyd can’t punch why was nobody walking him down and walking right through him? Clearly he had enough pop and accuracy to prevent this.

yeah that was brutal the way he has perfected the running away jab, it must be harsh on his ankles the way he punches while at the same time running backwards. fear the running jab.

I think you mean Haugen not Rosario.

Rosario was a big hitter so Chavez was methodical but he didn't hold back, Rosario just hung in there.
