    Not exactly highly

    135 is a stacked division in terms of history and Valero simply never proved himself well enough to topple that list beyond knocking out B rate fighters

    At 130 he's decently higher but that's because 130 is less competitive historically. He's well below Arguello, Mayweather, Saddler, etc
