When you look at Goyats record, you ask yourself how has this fight even been made.

Khan has said he wasn’t facing Brook because he was in the big fights. Goyat is objectively way way below Brook.

 

I like Khan personally, he seems like a genuine nice person, business wise he makes so many terrible mistakes. He should have fought Brook, win, lose, or draw and then go on these showcase fights facing low tier guys for wealthy people in "exotic" places.

 

Khan is one of my favorite fighters to watch. he is fast as f*** and looks awesome right up till he gets knocked out. I'm unsure as to if he gets knocked out because his chin is not good or if its because his attacks are fearless, I reckon its cause he is a fighter who always gives his all. If he had made some better decisions, kept his mind on boxing, & trained better & had a bit of luck he could have been a great.

 

7 mill i heard, I was going to hate but if that's the true figure, get that money khan, He has no business at world level in boxing anymore, Quitting against Crawford also showed me the fire is no longer there either. A prime khan would try and get up off the floor wobbled to **** out of his feet and try to continue if he could. When that desire is gone its time to get out, boxing isn't a sport to mess around with half halfheartedly especially with a chin like khans, Health is wealth. The only other fight he should take is kell brook who in another fighter on his way out, pretty sure he get's ko'd cold in that one too which is why i don't think it will happen.

The Brook fight is more lucrative. Unless some Saudi prince is subsidising it and paying him way over the going rate, and prepared to make a loss on it. I cant see how this fight is "bigger" than the Brook fight. It isnt in legacy and boxing terms for certain, and it isnt in revenue terms

 

Not really a fan of khan due to the brook situation, but that ship has sailed.
