I'm no AJ fan and I'm probably known as an AJ hater here, but people downplaying this win by Ruiz is disgusting. Pathetic ****, the guy got robbed against Parker and should be undefeated right now. Am I saying he's better than Wilder or Fury? No, but he's definitely a credible top heavy.

People think he's short and fat. He is. But Ruiz is also very fast with good combinations and very solid boxing skills. The guy knows how to box.

Parker was lucky to get that win, but I favour Ruiz in rematch if it happens.

I actually agree that Usyk would beat Ruiz. That's a bad style for him because he's elusive and he'll be hard to hit. Styles make fights.

 

I guess Ruiz' strong fundamental boxing skills, fast hands, and will to win were more important than his BMI.

 

He was exposed in every sense, in with a live opponent who isn't past their prime without the protection of a referee. If that was in with Fury or wilder it would of been even more destructive.
