Joshua will be under tremendous pressure in a rematch because second fight will be held in UK. I think history of the first fight will repeat itself and Ruiz Jr will pick him apart once again. Joshua obsorbed serious damage and he didn't respond well after last knockdown. I guess Joshua reached his limit as a champion and can no longer be the dominant champion he once was.
Demerizen/Ajagba is good pick em fight. Ajagba have power but Demrizen have it too. Demerizen have good chin. Have fought Medzhidov, Hrgovic, Joyce and others wasn't knocked down. Demerizen is overlooked because of his weight but he is lighter than Ruiz Jr and judging by his amateur career and skillset is better than Ruiz Jr. Ajagba can be easily caught if you get close to him, so I don't see why he can't do some serious damage to Ajagba. People concentrate on fighter's phisique not skill and because of that fighter with lesser phisique get overlooked.
Hey houmzz, any idea what Rostislav Pletchko is up to? I vaguely remember reading he was in the US and was possibly dropping to CW, but haven't seen much about him for ages.
Alexei Egorov will face Mike Perez and Ilunga Makabu will face Dmitry Kudryasov on June 16th in Russia. In other fights on the card Evgeny Tishchenko will face Abraham Tabul(16/1) and Alexei Papin will face Alexandru Jur and Evgeny Romanov will face Ariel Esteban Bracamonte. Packed card with some quality fights. Yury Kashinsky have been added to the card and will face Olivier Vautrain.
There some awesome cruiserweight matchups next week. Kudryashov vs Makabu. Egorov vs Perez. Dorticos vs Tabiti. Briedis vs Glowacki.
Wouldn't mind that. Pure testosterone CTE inducing fight between two glass cannon contenders and neither would duck anyone after winning.
