Won the Heavyweight title. Fact Is not medically considered obese. Fact If you want to bring up weak arguments lets talk about you moving the goal posts. I said he wasn't obese which you claimed he is. That was disproven so then you move the goal post to "hes unhealthy". I won't waste any more of my time responding to your nonsense.

I've re-watched the fight a few times and noticed Ruiz used his belly in the clinches to disrupt AJ's positioning and make him smother his work. His belly isn't a deposit of worthless fat, it's a tactical weapon...

How is he not obese? Obesity is not measured by physical stamina.

Obesity is unhealthy 100 percent of the time.

It's also very unhealthy for a fit body to get ravaged like that by a Fatboy and all those crashes to the canvas can't be healthy... and the brain trauma from those punches and the nightmares he's having afterwards... Very Unhealthy... Joshua should drown his sorrows in Snickers Bars!!
Dip them in Ice Cream and Binge Watch some dvds he's missed while being in the Gym all the time...

What'd you stay at a Holiday Inn and got your medical license at the same time?

I'm just talking the facts that is published in studies by doctors,, there is no such thing as healthy obesity, it flat out does not exist. Being athletic and healthy are not mutually exclusive. Believe it or not it is possible to be a top level athlete and be obese at the same time. Ruiz is proof of that. And guess what? You can also be underweight and a top level athlete at the same time. Look at some top level marathon runners. Some of them are unhealthy and underweight. They are also top level athletes.

Well the guy came at me and started making all these allegations about what I said and didn't say and how I was wrong. So I took the time to show him that I was correct and he was incorrect....

He said Ruiz wasn't obese and threw a hissy fit directed at me. So again, I took the time to explain to him that yea, you're not correct.
