He must really be kicking himself for taking PEDs and losing out on his chance to get this win. Ruiz ate from the signing of the contract until 5 minutes to the ring and dominated after a knock down.
If he didn`t have access to PEDS then why was his body the same and if his body was just as muscular what difference does PEDS make, all it does is give a fighter a better ability to lift weights, it gives you a quicker recovery time when you train so you can train harder, from AJ`s body you could tell he trained like a dog.
He’ll be fine. He just gotta get back into his old routine again and head off back to Dubai again where he can get back on his bike and do all the warm weather training that had served him so well in the past. Forget about all the training in Miami where all eyes and attention was on him all the time.
