A cut can happen any time, both fighters were getting hit, it was pot luck, what if he didn`t cut him in the rematch?

Lennox was overweight & had hardly trained he was barely 80 % Vitali was primed at 100 %. Lennox knew Kirk Johnson hadnt been training hard to fight Lennox we all knew that. Name me another Champion who would take on his #1 contender on a few days notice?
If Lennox had rematched Vitali he'd have been in 100% condition & destroyed Vitali. Remember McCall & Rahman

Vitali was far better than Rahman and McCall, he would have done far better v Bruno than McCall did.

Neither Bruno nor McCall would have quit on his stool like Vitali did against feather fisted Byrd

Byrd would have beaten both those guys easily.

Yes I saw footage of McCall quiting during sparring against Tyson after taking a body shot.

No he wouldn't quit on his stool. He might start crying in the middle of the ring once he knew he wasn't gonna win.

It was Page. And as usual AI is right. But McCall was brought in to spar with Tyson because he could take a beating like few others. He usually did. Barring a coke/whores bender, Tyson would realistically destroy Ian 9/10 times.

That was when Tyson was training to fight Douglas and he was mentally not right, he didn`t have Rooney in his team, you saw what Ruddock did to Page and what a Rooney less Tyson did to Ruddock, case closed.
