Holyfield even employed his classic 'straight right/headbutt follow up'. You never lose it...

Old master certainly gave Andy Ruiz jr few needed lessons.

Interesting fact: HW champion from 1990 spars with HW champion from 2019. Hard to believe, but that's true.

Ruiz here is much fitter and still a father time Holyfield held his own in sparring. Just goes to show how **** AJ was in the actual fight with a fatter Ruiz

    Man you 'fans' are ridiculous.

    1. Ruiz was in the best shape of his life for AJ. He only recently beat Dimentriko, and then went back into camp.
    2. That video is from 2011... have you watched Ruiz fights from 2011? Even his fight with Parker he was ill prepared by essentially training himself at Big Bear.
    3. Stop claiming that AJ looked ****. Maybe, just maybe, Ruiz actually had a game plan? Look at the Parker vs AJ fight. Parker showed the blueprint to beat AJ. He was in a competitive fight, which he lost because he didn't throw enough punches.

The ****? Ruiz didn't have no game plan, he got knocked on his ass and started winging punches in desperation until he caught Joshua's glass chin enough times

Holyfield showing the bodybuilder Joshua what you do when you come up against a brute. Circle around them jab them from all angles.

Even at 49 years old, Holyfield schooled Ruiz.

I have no agenda, douche-bag. What I have is two eyes. A very old Holyfield schooled Ruiz in that video. Did you see something different?
