Is anything under 6’4 too short to become a heavyweight champion these days?

According to Parker’s original trainer Parker is 6’3”. Jarrell Miller in several interviews has admitted that he’s 6’2”. I’ve met Ruiz, Haye, and Usyk before and 6’1” (185-186cm) seems about right for all of them, since they were barely taller than me at 184 cm.

Parker has fought under the tutelage of Grank Arkell at the Papatoetoe Boxing Club gym in Hunters Corner since he was 11.”

Arkell says Parker (190cm and 98kg) has good quality sparring partners among his stablemates at the Hunters Corner gym, such as cruiserweights Winston Helu and Scott Taliauli. Parker has some strong amateur heavyweights to spar, plus he works closely with the accomplished Lee Oti.”

Yeah I wouldn't have questioned Joseph Parker as being 6ft 3 as a teenager (when that article is from), I do wonder if people have kept going off that. I'm pretty sure he grew a bit in the following years.

I'd be curious to see a reference showing evidence of one of the other guys, at the moment it looks like the theory is claim everyone is much shorter than they claim. Anthony Joshua for example says he is 6ft 6-6ft 7, most recently in an interview prior to the Ruiz fight.

Just compare Joshua and Parker, there is clearly 3 inches between them more or less. And Joshua is rated 6'5.75" on celebheights. In my farest personal opinion Parker is A shade under 6'3" like 6'2.5-75. Wilder is like 6'6" to 6'6.25".
