Gus Ruhlin vs Denver Ed Martin

I think Ruhlin at his best was a bit better.

I didn't know there was footage of them sparring.

 

I own it. Martin moved well but could not take punch. He was Ko'd six times very early. A glass body and jaw type. Ruhlin would evenly catch up to him.

 

I don't think there was much to chose between them .Contemporary reports speculated on how a match between them would have gone and appear to have been undecided on the outcome.

 

I suspect Martin boxes his ears off.
