He's still young enough to come back.

I really hope he does come back.

I can't see him fighting a HW though.

With Ward's arrogance, why else would he come back if not to fight for a heavyweight title? He would consider it a challenge worthy of him putting in the work to accomplish the goal.

    I can't see it mate.

If he was going to do it, I think he'd have done it by now.

    He retired after 33 fights.

There's no logic in him coming back to fight a guy like Ruiz.

He probably won't come back but Ruiz would be a more feasible opponent for him than Joshua or Wilder.

Alvarez caught Floyd with some good body shots but certainly not with the power Ruiz smashed AJ`s body with, that`s an absurd comparison.

Not from what I saw, when Ruiz outclassed AJ.

Beating Ruiz would be the most difficult fight of his career by far.

Ruiz would smash Ward up. He hits harder than Kovalev and throws in bunches. Let's see Ward try clinch Ruiz to tire him out  I'd love to see Ward starched by a fattie, if only Ward would do this.

Ruiz used the high guard well v AJ and Ward had trouble landing on Arthur Abraham because of his peek a boo guard.

Yeah, but see here, in that one Jones had a big speed advantage and John Ruiz likes throwing and holding. Here its the smaller guy trying a jab n grab. Stylistically the matchup favours Ruiz.

    This is it.

Although Andre is incredibly skilled, he's also a spoiler, who likes to rough people up on the inside.

He couldn't do those things against Ruiz.

Use logic. If u keep getting hit with clean punches, especially punches u don't see. Eventually ur going to hit the canvas. Also take into consideration, Ward is an excellent body punch. Ruiz has an easy target for body punching. Now we all know Ruiz a lot of soft cushion around his midsection.

Ward should do a third fight with Kovalev, unfinished business.

Ruiz is a fast counter puncher and will counter Ward everytime he goes to the body, also Ruiz threw hardeer punches to AJ`s body than Ward did v Kov, no way could Ward`s tiny trunk take those shots better than AJ`s muscular stomach.
