Do they still not speak, or is it just between Peter and Tyson ?? They could be helping each other out loads sparring with each other, Hughie could be learning loads of him. I haven't heard anything about them in ages, shame as Hughie if he upped his out put could be a major force
Agreed, coupled with actually throwing. He does need a tad more core strength but with his agility he should be doing better regardless
Hughie has no power. He is not a contender. More of a gatekeeper than anything else. He does not have the potential to reach the top echelons of boxing.
Hes a top 11-20 heavyweight. He has a lot of talent. But he HAS to work on his weaknesses mentioned in this thread Asap if hes to become up there with the top guys in the top 10.
Nah man he is horrible, he would have a chance if he hires rocky as his trainer and he punches some meat, lifts some logs in Siberia, beats up Mr T, becomes a hero over soviet Russia by beating up their main dude.... probably not though cause he loves the runaway jab to much.
Maybe they should just fight... 12 rounds, 5 punches p/p thrown each round, Tyson wins a wide UD, Fat Mick saw shades of Ali and Huggie will claim he was robbed.
Yup, put a photo on social media with him and hughies dad (tyson former trainer), tyson took this as serious betrayal after haye mucked him about twice. Travellers have a strong sense of right and wrong, ethics. Tyson was back in training the next day
Leading up to Hughies fight with Parker, Tyson was all over Parker I thought, to much for my liking, like he was trying to rub Peter and Hughie up !
I'm not taking the pee directly to you mate, but you know that's bollocks don't ya ?? Or you on about amongst travellers ??? Because in all fairness they are the most treacherous bunch ive ever come across
Talented mover and shaker. No power whatsoever, too good for domestic types but nowhere near threatening enough for world top 10 types
His physical strength isn't the issue; his lack of power is due to the way he throws shots (like a points fighter) and his safety-first mentality in the ring. When he sits down on shots he has as much power as anyone his size and weight. Trouble is he'd rather move around the ring pot-shotting and trying to win the judges' eye than actually getting into the pocket and giving it a good go.
