Ortiz would have threw and landed more punches than Haye did against Wlad, Mercer was nowhere near as skilled as Ortiz is.
Ortiz is taylor made for wlad as he is slow and especially slow on his feet. Wlad would have jabbed him to death and later would start landing the right hand that would’t last long.
Got to love the modern fan, the one who doesn't think or do research before they create threads or posts . Then again there would be no forums to discuss most of boxing which is usually backwards on them to have illogical discussions that outweigh logical ones by a mile.
Ruiz was not faster then Haye was, most of Ruiz speed comes from shorter punches of knowing to go on the inside of someones punch so he beats them to the punch. If he was superior in true speed he could be throwing more effective one twos while not in close range but he has to leap a few feet to cover distance and swarm guys or stay patent and walk them down by slipping and countering . Haye was more quick of foot as well so he used his own reflexes over traditional boxing but Haye really had more explosive hand speed then Ruiz does. . Ruiz maybe a slight favorite over Haye but no one knows how good really prime Haye was ,we do have a feeling for ruiz moreso hes fought Parker and AJ,should have undefeated record where Haye lost to very motivated Wlad so? To suggest Ruiz defeats Wlad isn't realistic at least now to what weve seen and how he got the AJ win .
Wlad was going to take over AJ's career and be a huge part of his development HAD he defeated AJ, so no.....he wasn't thinking that at all,he was thinking about his chances im sure though in a second try, if he wants to ruin ones career we know who that is,his initial are TF . ... lol
Eddie Chambers is frankly even faster: This content is protected But Ruiz is probably the fastest 265 pounder I've ever seen. So in a pound for pound sense, he is faster. But in an absolute sense, Eddie Chambers is even faster!
